There are no right or wrong answers, only your answers. 

There are two kinds of cards in this deck: 

• Reflection cards are designed to help you become more conscious of your thought patterns, how they have been influenced by your past, and how you would like to shape them to better suit your present and future (and can also be used for discussions).
• Situation cards ask “What Would You Do?” These are designed to help you consider potential scenarios so you can plan out strategies to manage them effectively.

Created as a companion to the book Unfuck Your Boundaries, this deck can be used on its own or with the book.
